Our Services
Ear Exam
An ear exam is the first step towards wax removal. Your ears will be assessed for signs of wax, eczema and infection.
If wax removal is required, you will be advised on how to prepare for this.
A wax removal home visit will then be booked.

Ear Wax Removal
All ear wax removals are performed in the comfort of your own home.
If you already know that you have ear wax because you have seen a GP or audiologist, you can book an ear wax removal without the need for an exam from us.
If you have had an ear exam by us and then require a wax removal, the exam fee will be deducted from the wax removal cost.
We also offer a multi-person discount if there is more than one person in the same household who requires wax removal.

GP Referral
If signs of infection or eczema are found during your ear exam we can contact your GP on your behalf and request appropriate treatment. This will only be done with your consent and with you present

Where We Work
Emma qualified as a nurse in 2002 and has 23 years’ experience in different healthcare settings. She has worked as a practice nurse in various GP surgeries across the Southend and Castle Point boroughs and initially trained in ear care in 2004.
She saw a need for a home visiting service for ear care when NHS funding was cut and wax removal no longer became available at GP surgeries. She discovered that many former patients were struggling to find appropriate services. Her ear care visits began as a way to help housebound people, but quickly developed into convenient care for clients of all ages and has also proved popular with those who work from home.
